  1. I would encourage everyone to try this! After watching this video, I decided to test out the process. Like most people, there are things I love about my body, things I hate, and many things I’m rather indifferent towards. However, by the end of my “mirror time,” I was feeling pretty fabulous and amazingly relaxed in my own skin. It’s nice to have a subtle reminder how unbelievably awesome our individual bodies are.
